Operations

With demonstrated expertise in hospitality operations, we’ll combine your goals with our experience to create a customized operating plan that fits your property. Your new operating plan will take into consideration every aspect of your day to day business, helping you to stay on target and within your budget. We can also work with you on a plan that sets property goals, establishes action steps, and gives you the clear sense of direction and long term structure you need in order to grow and achieve your goals over the long term.


Human Resources

Your employees – from the housekeepers to the general manager – are the face of your company and your most important asset. We’ll help you build strong relationships with your employees that will improve motivation, build loyalty, and strengthen values, in fact, our goal is to inspire employees to think and make daily decisions as if they were the owner. We’ll even help you hire the right general manager for your property.

We will establish policies and procedures and develop training processes to ensure employees have the tools and mindset to deliver exemplary services with your guest satisfaction as their primary concern. We also make sure to file all of the appropriate employee documentation necessary to address any employee situation.


Finance

We carefully monitor your financial status on an ongoing basis, and have at the ready, a complete set of financial statements that compare monthly profit and loss statements with your balance sheets to ensure that they are accurate and on target with your goals. You will always have access to a complete financial picture of your property at any time.

We can also administer your payroll and make sure your property is in compliance with state and federal regulations. With a standard system of accounting services and procedures in place, we can help you improve your cash flow and find ways for your managers to better monitor operational efficiency.


Sales and Marketing

We have the expertise and resources to refine or develop a sales and marketing plan for your property. We look at each target market segment and put measurable action steps in place for you. Our sales experience has given us the ability to achieve consistent results in areas such as yield management and pricing.
