STAPLETON INC.

Mr. Stapleton is a nationally recognized restructuring and work out expert. Prior to founding the Stapleton Group, Mr. Stapleton underwrote and acquired troubled companies, land, condominium, and resort assets at a subsidiary of Leucadia National Corporation. Previously, he served as a Director at Douglas Wilson Companies for several years where he focused on work out services for troubled companies and properties to lenders and law firms across the nation. Mr. Stapleton began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at
PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he specialized in financial and restructuring services for Fortune 500 clients at PwC’s New York, London, Frankfurt and San Diego offices.

Mr. Stapleton earned his Masters of Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University. He actively participates in the California Bankruptcy Forum, Receiver Forum, Turnaround Management Association and Urban Land Institute. Mr. Stapleton is also a featured speaker at various restructuring and real estate events.

 HOSPITALITY CONCEPTS

Hospitality Concepts has been providing comprehensive accounting services since 1988. Hospitality Concepts provides full service accounting services for hotels, restaurants and other asset types.  Their services include production of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow forecasts, bank account analysis and reconciliation, and customized reporting.  Hospitality Concepts also provides accounts payable services, with weekly turnaround.  In recent years the company has provided accounting services for large condominium conversion projects.


HIAN SALES ASSOCIATES

Hian Sales Associates is a thirty year old company specializing in providing the hospitality industry with effective sales programs.  “ResPlus” is a proprietary, highly successful sales training program, designed to capture incoming calls, improve the conversion rate and A.D.R. while dealing with customer service issues and sales skills enhancement for staff and supervisors. The newest sales module includes Internet and Email marketing strategies.

Howard Hian also provides executive sales support and training, strategic planning, search, needs assessment, personnel evaluation, and consulting services to an ever increasing client base, including management companies, independent hotels, mountain resorts, franchisees, historic hotels, and rental pools.
